Experienced Concrete Finisher Wanted – Build a Solid Career with Perma-Seal!

Are you a master of concrete finishing, skilled in creating smooth, polished surfaces that stand the test of time? At Perma-Seal, we’re searching for an Experienced Concrete Finisher to bring precision and craftsmanship to our indoor construction projects. If you’ve poured and finished basement floors, sidewalks, and concrete patios, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Smooth, level, and texture concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
• Apply expert techniques like troweling, edging, and stamping to achieve flawless finishes.
• Prepare surfaces for finishing by cleaning, patching, and applying bonding agents.
• Monitor curing processes and apply sealants to protect and enhance finished surfaces.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.
• Maintain tools and equipment for optimal performance.
• Follow safety guidelines to keep the job site safe and productive.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher, ideally in indoor construction projects.
• Expertise in using finishing tools and understanding of concrete mixing, pouring, and curing.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Physical stamina for tasks involving lifting, bending, and kneeling.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and a willingness to learn new techniques.

• $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
