POSITION SUMMARY
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our valued clients. Your primary responsibilities include making high-volume follow-up calls to existing customers, scheduling appointments for our Sales and Service teams, and encouraging customers to schedule free estimates for new product and service offerings. You will be expected to place 100-140 calls per day and set 12-20 appointments daily, ensuring each task is completed with excellence through your keen attention to detail. A strong comfort level with outbound calls is essential for success in this role.
